The whole experience with the Frost Borneo team was excellent. The optician, Tanraj, was so kind and friendly, explaining everything that she was doing. The range of tests was extensive and thorough and, for someone like me with a history of sight problems in the family, very reassuring. She really did make me feel that patient health was at the centre of what she and the practice were doing.
